Shuttle service from and to the airports of Berlin and Hamburg add a fee of 30 Euro (each way). The fee is to cover the cost of the proceedings, the submission of one paper, the conference banquet, the excursion on Wednesday, the barbecue, the morning and afternoon refreshments and the welcome buffet on Sunday evening. The cost of the excursions for accompanying persons will not be included in the registration fee. Fees are non-refundable. Please note that if you pay by credit card, you have to add 5 % of the fee and additional costs (e.g., for accompanying persons) to the total amount.
